Excuse the poorly thought of post title. Haha, i’m just blank. XD

Anywhooo…

HIIII!!! Yes, after a few zillion years I’ve finally retreated from my lethargic state about writing blogs. Well, just for now at least. Onward we go.

Has anybody caught on the bandwagon for the insanely popular “Twilight” series? Yessss, It’s pretty much the Star Wars/Harry Potter/Whatever-Masculine-Series feminine counterpart. But mind you, some guys are pretty into it as well. Haha! It’s bloody awesome actually, I’ve never seen such a dedicated fan-base since Harry Potter, recording breaking!

I mean, the movie has yet to be released and already the soundtrack has topped charts and sales records. Personally I favor the songs “Decode” by Paramore and “Leave Out All The Rest” by Linkin Park. Awesome tracks! Hmm, so and so on Bella’s Lullaby. Too much of an orchestral accompaniment, whereas in the books it’s pretty much a piano piece. Of one which Yurima’s “River Flows in You”,  in my opinion, would have fit perfectly.

And duuude, I don’t think I’ve ever spend that much on ice cream! Hagen Dazs Ice Cream has a promo going on, Twilight themed ice cream. It’s so crazy, it actually works! One heck of a marketing plan. Every 780P purchase gets you a free ticket to the movie. I got 2 free tickets for the Gateway Showing. XD The promo is available only in the Philippines, of course.

What consequently sucks though, is the fact the Twilight will be released here a few days after it’s being released in America. Regular showing there is on the 21st, but Bestfriend Breanna has a  premiere ticket for the 17th! Here, the premiere is on the 25th, regular screening the 26th.

I’m trying to aim for the premiere showing on the 25th. Options which are either reserving tickets, or winning them off from this Twilight Photo Contest. Basically you just have to submit “Horror” themed pictures with 2-5 people in them. Luuucckkkiillyy, dear Uncle Andrew is staying with us for a few years, who conveniently has graduated from San Diego State as a Graphic Artist, and he has a bunch of ideas! Which gives us a really good chance, but we’ll see. Otherwise, just have to buy them. It’s good fun, I get to play around with make-up! Teeheee XD

I’m hungry. Must eat.
